Suggest Medication For Tightness And Discomfort Around Neck

I took a breathwork class and after I noticed a bit of discomfort in collar bone area. I took the class 4 days ago. I now have discomfort in the right side of my neck and to use my right arm such as get out of bed, it tightens in my neck. When I put my head all the way down, my throat tightens up.
