Suggest Medication For Toenail Fungus

I had the beginning of toe nail fungus on my big toenails. Slight yellowing. I had the toenails cut short. I wore a pair of shoes that were too hard around the toes and now there is some blackening on both toenails and it is painful. It feels like the toenails are bruised. I'm using an antifungal lotion around the nails and the pain is somewhat lessened. Any suggestions?
