Suggest Medication For Viral Bronchitis

I went to my local urgent care and they tell me I have pneumonia then two days later I had to go to the ER cause I felt worse they tell me I have viral bronchitis and now 2 days later I have followed all instructions and feel even worse body aches hurting in my lower and upper back can you tell me what s going on ?
