Suggest Medication For Warts On Face And Hands

i am 18 year old female,i am having warts over face and few over hand and back.i underwent electro-cautery ,3 sittings,as recommended by dermatologist,2-3 were left after treatment and within a gap of 1month i again developed lots of warts over face and hand mostly over the treated area and also left with marks.kindly suggest me what is the best treatment for warts and for the marks left after treatment.is homeotherapy is useful.i dont have any other medical history
