Suggest Medication To Clean The Wound From Dirt And Grit

Hi Fell off my road bike (pedal power!) yesterday going down a hill, grazed the top of my thigh, some dirt/grit got into the area. Have applied diluted dettol/given a good clean but not all grit/dirt is coming out of the wound. Is there any cream I can buy that would suck out the remaining grit/dirt particles? Thanks
