Suggest Medication To Control Cramps, Urge To Pass Stools And White Mucus In Stools

Hi, i am ulcerative colitis patient since 2008. I am in Remission but since last 4 days i am sick . I have cramps and also i see white mucos before stool. I dont have bleeding issue. I am already taking Asacol and steriods ofcourse the mein drug of UC patients. Please tell me what antibotic can control my current condition (cramps, urgency to go to bath, white mocus in stool) ? I tried flaggel and novidate but not working :(
