Suggest Medication To Delay Menstruation

hi I had my periods on Jan31st and still waiting for my next cycle.usually my cycle is 8 days earlier the following month. I am not pregnant. I have been trying to reduce weight and was under stress for last month. I am travelling tomorrow and would like to not have periods for atleast a week. Can I start Regrestrone 5 mg today? Will it prevent from having periods?
