Suggest Medication To Improve Concentration Levels While On Fluoxetine And Wellbutrin

Hello, I am a 25 year old graduate student who takes Fluoxetine 20mg and Wellbutrin 150mg twice a day. I find that I am still unable to focus on my studies, I get very sleepy during the day and it s affecting my grades. Any little noise distracts me. I have an appointment with my doctor on tomorrow, but I really need something to help me focus for my upcoming midterms.
