Suggest Medication To Manage Pain When Diagnosed With Cancer

Hi . My 60 yr old sister is struggling with cancer -lung metastasis from colcor cancer - dilaudid not keeping pain under control - is there any other pain med that she should be requesting ? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated Thanks so much
