Suggest Medication To Reduce Itchiness In Nipple

Hello, my right nipple started become itchy 2 months ago. I put on cream and the itchiness reduced, but once I stop it comes back after a day or 2. My nipple didn't show any changes. It has always been surrounded by tiny little bumps and it's a bit flaky since I started putting Sudocrem on it. But my skin has always been extremely dry and flaky. Should I be worried? Could it be serious?
