Suggest Medication To Reduce Pain In Arm Due To Broken Sternum

i was in a car accident 8 days ago and broke my sternum,today i started having continuous pain in my upper left arm,im on percoset for the pain but it doesnt seem to help with this new pain,should i be concerned or just wait to see if it goes away on its own
