Suggest Medication To Reduce Shoulder Pain In A Diabetic Patient

im a diabetic and for about 5 months i have been having pain in my shoulders really bad in last few week so bad that i cant move my left arm now it hurts so bad and cant hold much with my left hand i went to see my doctor they gave me pain medication and another medication called meloxicam it seems to help some but now im getting it really bad in my right shoulder what could be happening to me?
