Suggest Medication To Remove White Patch Under The Tongue In Child

Hi Dr, My baby has had cough white patch under tongue for a month now.Local GP first gave us an ORABASE Protective Paste, which didn't work after a week and the the patch was growing bigger. then Dakini was given a week later but still not work. now the patch has grow up to the front tip of the tongue and we are waiting for another appointment but don't know when. can you help?
