Suggest Medication To Stop Itching And Burning Legs After Ant Bite

a few days ago I was bitten on the feet and ankles by very small ants while hanging out the washing. As a result my legs up to below the knees have gone red and I get very itchy - bought some antihistamine tabs from the Chemist and cream for insect bites but I still get itchy and burning legs. Can you help please.
