Suggest Medications For Severe Headache

Our daughter 20 years old - severe head aches - can't remember things - will get in car, drive somewhere, come back and can't remember. Can't text message on cell phone - seems to be difficult for her. GP wants her to go for EEG for possible absence syndrome. She's a student at university and we're wooried about studies.
