Suggest Medicine Dosage For Rashes On Body After Probable Chicken Consumption

I had a body peeling 3 says ago, my doctor told me to don't eat chicken but unfortunately 3 hrs after i went out the clinic i forgot and i ate chicken ant peanuts..the day after i have rashes and itch in my neck , body and arms..I am taking celestamine now but i don't know how many tablet shouls i take for one day.Hope u can help me doctor.
