Suggest Medicine For Child Suffering From Vomiting

My one and half year old son is vomiting from the last 24 hours... i am giving him lots of fluids and he is hydrated. however he is not able to take any solids or larger qualtity of fluids. I am giving him Ondem... will that suffice, if not what medication should i use?
