Suggest Medicine For Congestion In Head And Chest While Having Diabetes And BP

I m a 76 yr old male with Type 2 diabetes, high bp, hypothyroidism, & high cholesterol. I have head & chest congestion, and sore throat (typical cold symptoms) looking for an OTC Medicine I could take. Also on HRT (Lupron) for prostate cancer. Thank You
