Suggest Medicine For Fever While On Medication For Elevated SGPT

Hi. My husband had a pre employment check up last week and per result of some of the tests, he has high sgpt and triglycrides. His sgpt is 58. He s been avised to take Essentiale Forte 3x a day for a week. Now, he has low grade fever. Please help advise what medicine can he take for fever? Thank you. Loanne
