Suggest Medicine For Headache During Night While Suffering From Calicified Granuloma

My mother is suffering from Calcified Granuloma left Pariental Region,2)_ Diffuse Cortical Antrophy,these two things mention in her report of Ct Scan.She feel severe headache in night mostly.pls suggest any medicine.I m very thankful .pls pls pls suggest.
