Suggest Medicine For Heaviness In Inner Ear

i have heaviness in the inner ear and was give Serc by emergency physicians because i ended up in emergency at the hospital with the worst nausea, dizziness some pain and sweating. after about a week i am still suffering with the heaviness in the inner ear. The doctors never ordered any antibiotics for for infection. (including my own doctor). Should i ask my doctor for antibiotic?
