Suggest Medicine For Irritation On Cheeks

hello doctor, i'm 25 years old female, my face is oily and i have small acne, sometimes medium, never too big, and i have irritation on my cheeks from the sun or any kind of heat, or when the weather is too hot. i've been suffering from this when i was 15 years old and i got bored of using creams, i want a medicine that i can get rid of this irritation.
