Suggest Medicine For Perifolliculitis

Madam I am sufferring from perifolliculitis and my doctor advice me to take zeflazacort 1tab in alternate day for 1 month, fusidic cream and ionex-t shampoo. After taking this tablet I was facing cramp muscle so I discontinue it and using ionex-t and fusidic cream only and cured . The above problem I mentioned for last year now it started again what should I do shall I do the same last year procedure. Plelase advice as I like this problem fully cured.Dharmendra Manipur Imphal
