Suggest Medicine For Red Spots On The Penis

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have a penis infection. The end of it it's red and I've got like red spots around the end of it. Can you please help! Sometimes it gets better but sometimes it's gets worse I would appreciate if you tell me what I can do about it or a way to solve it up. Thanks!
