Suggest Medicine To Cure Loose Motion In An Infant

My son is 1and half year old... giving him sporlac and metrogyl syrup as he is suffering from severe loose motions which are sometimes watery and of greenish color... also he is teething... the medicine are not satisfying as very less improvement in past two days
