Suggest Medicine To Cure Pain In Upper Hip Bone

Hello, Two weeks ago I went on a field trip and I walked a mountain for 3 hours and I admit my footwear wasn t the best for that. The next day I had a bad ache on my upper left hip. I tried to rest and the pain lessened but now when I lift my leg (such as going up stairs) my hip really hurts. I m worried because I am a 20 y/o student and it s been two weeks. Everytime I walk for more than 15 minutes the pain gets worse. I don t know if I should take ibuprofen and wait or if I should go see a doctor.
