Suggest Medicine To Cure Sunburn And Rough Skin From Hand

I have a sunburn on my right arm that seems to be healing slowly. A blister formed and popped which left a weird wound on my arm. The sunburn is slowly healing, but my skin is tight and rough despite the amount of lotion and aloe vera I put on it. What else can I do? It really bothers me. It feels tight and there is major discomfort.
