Suggest Medicine To Remove Diaper Rashes

my boy is 11 months old. he is having stomach upset for last two days with loose motion/diarrhea. due to frequent motion, rashes appeared in anus area. pliz help me and tell me how to cool down his itching anus without medicines as of now i don't have any cream or medicines with me.
