Suggest Medicine To Remove Red, Itchy Spot On Inner Thigh

i had a wound on lower leg which had a staph infection. doctor gave me antibiotics which is clearing the infected wound but on both my inner thighs there are lots of red itchy spots which started before I took the antibiotics and now seem to be getting more itchy and not going away like the infected wound. what could it be?
