Suggest Medicines For Pimple Problem While Breastfeeding

Hello Doctor

I was suffering with mild pimple problems and doc prescribed Brevoxyl face wash, clindamycin gel and adapelene gel and I was fine with these medicines. Then I got pregnant last year and now am breastfeeding so not using these product so far as my gynac told me to stop all other medicines till I continue nursing my baby. But for last couple of weeks my pimples have got worse. Doc pls let me know if I can use these product while breastfeeding or if you can refer me some other product that comes under no lactation risk category?
