Suggest Medicines For Severe Pain In Lower Right Side

i am having pain in lower right side, in the Uls scanning, it has been diagnosed an anechoic cyst measuring 3.2cm size in right ovary, another small cyst measuring 1.6 x 1.9 cm size is seen in right ovary with dense echoes. Based on these they prescribed pain killer and advised me that this cyst might disappear automatically over the period of time, now there is no relief of the pain and some times the pain is not bearable, how to proceed on this problem
