Suggest Medicines For Wound On The Penis

Hi, A few days back after having sex with my wife, i noticed a small cut in the head of my penis. I consulted a friend of mine and he suggested Amoxcilin and metrogel tabs and metrogel cream. Its almost a week now and still the cut is not healing. Its infected and I also noticed a very hard vein in my penis. It really pains when i urinate. Do i need to change my medicines. Can u suggest me with some tabs pls..
