Suggest Methods Of Contraception

Please type your query here...hi i'm a 34 year old woman and i've just started a serious relationship so i would like to know what is the best type of contraception for me. having resereched the different types out there i'm thinking the implant maybe the way to go but i'm not sure as there seems to be so much negative feedback on this method, having children are not on my agenda for at least the next couple of yours. thanks
