Suggest Methods Of Penis Enlargement

i am 14 years old MALE and my penis hasnt growed at all in a few years its only about 2 cm long NOT ERECT and 3-4 cm long ERECT , i have no pubic hair by my penis and i have about 2mm very short hair under my arm. i have no facial hair but my cousin who is 11 has facial hair , and lots of pubic hair , i am very embarresed and i need help :(
