Suggest Methods To Delay Menstruation

Hello, I am on Aviane Birth control. I am away at school and forgot my pills at home so after my last period i did not take any pills the first week. I began when I got home. I am going on a trip, and wondering if I can start a new pack after I am finished this one so my period wont ruin my trip? Thanks
