Suggest Methods To Manage Pain Without Drugs

I'm a 56 yr okd woman. 2 yrs ago I acquired necrotizing faciitis and underwent multiple debridement surgeries resulting in nearly all the fascia being removed from my left arm, side, back and breast, with skin grafts to cover. I take gabapentin and oxycocet for chronic moderate to severe nerve pain around my left axilla area. Do you have any suggestions as to how I can manage this pain without the drugs?
