Suggest Moisturising Cream For Dry Skin Due To Mild Rosacea On Nose

Please type your query here...I have mild rosacea on my nose and have been taking tetralysal antibiotics for just over a week but the skin where the rosacea is has become very dry and it is making it difficult to rub makeup on to cover it over is there any good moisturising cream that would help to restore the moisturise balance in this area? And also was wondering if these antibiotics will eventually put moisturise back into this area?
