Suggest Natural Remedies For Pain In Shoulder,temple And Dry Lips

I have a strained shoulder and have been uncomfortable sleeping at night. I now have this pressure at my temples spanning across my brows and in front of my ear. My lips are dry, so I am drinking more water and fluids but this has persisted for day two. should just deal with the pain or is this a symptom that needs more attention.
