Suggest Natural Remedy For Aspergilloma

Hi I have someone in my family suffering from aspergilloma. She has been prescribed Voriconazole but upon taking the medicine , she developed severe anxiety and depression ,due to which she had to stop the medicine. We are in a mess. Can you please suggest some other treatment methods or preferably any natural supplement to cure/heal this?
