Suggest Natural Treatment For Pterygium

Good morning Doctor, Please, any natural cure for pterygium? I caught one o my left eye since April 2011. Now the right eye already growing with pterygium too at an alarming rate, which started only in december 2014. I have read about washing the eye with your own urine which I started doing on January 12, 2015 but have not noticed any improvement. Thank you.
