I have RSD in my left foot. Besides, or instead of pain meds, is there a better way to minimize the pain? For instance: I ve tried HOT water soak for 3:00 mins. (as hot as I can stand it}, then cold ice water for :30 seconds. Do 3 rotations, twice a day. Doesn t seem to help. I ve done the static pulse, nerve blocks, acupuncture..... Is there any aggressive research ongoing to find a cure?
