Suggest Non-24/7 Oxygen Therapies Or Treatments For A Paralyzed Diaphragm, Reduced Lung Capacity, And Variable Oxygen Levels

I am a 70 year old make 5 10 270 lbs. my right diagram is paralyzed in the up position ( no known reason). I also have a little lung damage from undiagnosed acid reflux. My lung capacity is essentially 62 % and my pulse ox while resting is 90-95. Any kind of daily activity will reduce it to 88-92, and moderate exercise can drop it to 85 or lower. I do live in at altitude. I have had chest scan and pulmonary function tests. Pulmonary aorta is slightly enlarged. Cardio echo is normal and shows no hyper tension. Reviewing all of these findings with doc today. My concern is that they will want to put my on some kind of supplementary oxygen which would be very confining. Is there anyway to improve my pulse ox reading through rehab, exercise, surgery etc that does not include 24 x 7 supplementary oxygen. I am willing to wear oxygen while exercising if necessary. I do wear a cpap at night.
