Sir my husband was diagnosed L4 over S1 listhesis 4 years back, as it was asymptomatic he has not taken any treatment but from past 5 days he is feeling severe pain over lumbo sacral area, he is 27 years old and undergone major surgery for left kidney failure, he was diagnosed Koch's disease in kidney and was on AKT treatment for 6 months, he had undergone left nephrectomy, bladder augmentation and right side uretric re implantation before 4 years, sir please tell us conservative treatment as I don't want my husband to undergo surgery once more
