Suggest Non Surgical Treatment For Sinusitis Causing Headaches

Respected doctor, my self Anil Tangade an engineering student. Actually I am suffering from sinusitis by last 3years. I want to do surgery as my doctor recommended but now I have my exams till the month of may 2015 so I thought to do surgery in month of June 2015 but till than is their any treatment other than surgery because the always running nose and headache is giving me trouble to study. Please suggest me the treatment which can solve my problem. I hope you will reply my query as soon as possible.
