RIght Submandibular gland and duct: Repeting the Radiology Report(USG)



The RIght Submandibular gland is enlarged in size with heterogeneous echotexture. Intraglandular ducts are mildly prominent. Internal vascularity is increased. A large echoreflective calculus measuring about 1.3 cm in diameter is noted in the anterior aspect of the gland. The right Submandibular duct is mildly prominent. Multiple calculi are seen in the terminal part of the duct, larger one measurea about 0.6 cm in diameter.



Sir, Is there any without surgery stone can be taken out.

How risky is surgery(Operation).

Is any way of laser technology for stone taking our from glad.
