Suggest Opinion On Blood Test And Scan When Trying To Conceive

Hi Im 25 years trying for 2nd child first child is 7 years old. My partner and I have been trying to conceive for over 2 years. Doctor has taken bloods, She took around 4 tubes. What is she testing for?
Booked in for a scan, what will a normal scan be looking for?
