Suggest Over The Counter Medication For Swollen Sinus

i suffer with swollen sinus on the right side of my head. Its swollen at the temple and the side of my face. years ago /about 25 or thirty; i used over the counter sinus tablets that were red. They worked well. I cannot recall the name or brand. What may I take over the counter that will relieve the slowness and pain?
