Suggest Pain In Hip

Hi, I am 56 year old female. Four days ago I fell hard on my left hip. It hurt some that day but seemed better. Now it is worse on day 4 than it was on day 1. It hurts very much to walk and the pain not radiates to my pubic bone which I don't understand. But my pubic bone which I didn't fall on at all feels like someone is beating it with a hammer. Any ideas I would appreciate.
