Suggest Pain Medication For Broken Ribs

I have been diagnosed with rib fractures on the left side. last 2 floating ribs and the rib above. This was approx 10 days ago. Had a sneezing fit this morning and it felt like I had broken my ribs all over again. Now I have no pain control have taken narcotic and motrin should I go to ER? I also feel a crunchy sensation on left side...
