Suggest Pain Relief Medicines For Hip And Neck Pain

Hi I was justed switched to opana er 40mg every 12 hours. I am also on oxycodone, gabapentin, flexeril, clonazepan, plus stool softness and laxatives. I just don t understand why I am on all of these strong medications for a chronic back, hip and neck pain but especially the back and hip and I am still in such intense pain. I am mostly confined to home and need to sit ant push myself on a scooter to get around. My back and hip is getting so bad that I fall often as my right leg just gives out when I step on it. It s like I don t have a leg. I had a permanent spinal cord stimulator a couple of years ago. Do you have any suggestions that may help with pain relief.thank you for any assistance
